iOS eTicket Collection App

Our iOS eTicket application allows you to collect eTickets from customers on the door at the night of your event. The app works on all iPhone & iPod touch devices that have iOS 4.0 installed, please note a camera is required on the device to scan barcoded eTickets. The software also features Real Time syncing which means you can use multiple devices at your event.

 

Our Latest Release 1.5

We are pleased to announce that we have just updated our iOS application with host of new features. The application has been submitted to Apple and will be available for download shortly from the Apple App Store.

New Features Include:

Faster Scanning

We've improved the experience of barcode scanning by making the process faster and improving the interface.

SMS eTickets

Our application and service now supports the sending and collecting of SMS eTickets based on a 5 digit pin.

Customer Search

You can now search customers by first name, last name, ticket number / code or SMS pin. The display will also show you if the ticket found is valid.

Sync Log

View the sync log to see how your device is syncing with the Ticket HQ server. It will also display any errors that have occurred.

Improved Event Listings

We've completely revised how events are listed within the application, showing your events in date order.

Better Event Details

You can now get a much clearer idea of what's going on at your events in real time, the new view provides a eTickets collected count and a guest count.

Admit Ticket View

We now provide the facility to set the number of people admitted on a eTicket, especially useful if the ticket party is split up for whatever reason. Both email eTickets and SMS eTickets use the same view.

 

The admit button is removed on a used eTicket to stop accidental input. The view will also show you the number of people admitted on the eTicket and the number of people the eTicket was valid for.
