Event Manager
The Ticket HQ event manager allows you to manage all your events in one place, it also nice to know that there are no restrictions on the number of events you can create with Ticket HQ. Each of your events can have one or multiple dates and as many different ticket types as required. Our intelligent venue manager allows you to re-use venue information previously entered to save you having to type it in again each time.
Add Your Event
Adding an event to Ticket HQ couldn't be simpler, just enter a title, description and some details about the venue and your done.
A Single Date or Multiple
Your event can have as many dates associated with it as necessary. From a single date to hundreds of date and time combinations.
Multiple eTickets for Your Event
Ticket HQ support multiple ticket types for your event, you can even create special VIP tickets. Ticket's support section, aisle, row and seat numbers in addition to the number of guests allowed in on the eTicket.
Customers
Being able to manage your customer details is important in any system and Ticket HQ is no exception. We've ensured that all the customer tools you want and need are available to you. We also know that customer information is your data and that's why we've made sure that you can easily export that information into excel or your marketing software from Ticket HQ.
Customer Search
We provide a complete customer search tool that allows you to find your customers by first name, last name & email address. You can also sort your results by first name / last name & date added.
Add / Edit Customers
You can add as many customers as you need and you can edit customer details at any time, especially useful when there's been a mistake and you need to resend eTickets.
Export Customers
Our export customer tool allows you to export your entire customer database in CSV format, allowing you to import your customer data in to Excel or your marketing software.

The Ticket HQ manager allows you to be in complete control of your eTickets, you can create and send eTickets, you can resend eTickets, you can view and print your eTickets & you can revoke eTickets all from a single page.
