General Terms of Service
1. Terms
By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Mcomi Net's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Mcomi Net Ltd. and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners and agents (collectively, the "Mcomi Net Ltd. Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including lawyers' fees on a solicitor and client basis) incurred by any Mcomi Net Party in connection with: (i) any use or alleged use of the Site under your Member Name by any person, whether or not authorized by you; (ii) or resulting from any communication made or Content uploaded under your Member Name; or (iii) any breach by you of this Membership Agreement. Mcomi Net Ltd. reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with Mcomi Net's defence of such claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site, including any content contained therein, are provided "as is" without representation, warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied representations, warranties or conditions of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Mcomi Net Ltd. does not represent or warrant that the site or the content will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error free.
Mcomi Net Ltd. Does not represent or warrant that the site or any content available for downloading through the site will be free of viruses or similar contamination or destructive features.
8. Limitation of Liability
You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the site including without limitation any of the content or information contained therein.
In no event shall Mcomi Net Ltd. Or any of its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners, licensors or agents be liable for any incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever (including damages for loss of profits, interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) in connection with any claim, loss, damage, action, suit or other proceeding arising under or out of this membership agreement, including without limitation your use of, reliance upon, access to, or exploitation of the site, the content or any part thereof, or any rights granted to you hereunder, even if Mcomi Net Ltd. Has been advised of the possibility of such damages, whether the action is based on contract, tort (including negligence), infringement of intellectual property rights or otherwise.
In any event, Mcomi Net Ltd. Total maximum aggregate liability under this membership agreement or in respect of the use or exploitation of any or all part of the site or the content in any manner whatsoever shall be limited to five (£5.00) Pounds sterling.
Some jurisdictions do not allow for the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Mcomi Net Ltd. Or any of its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners, or agents shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Mcomi Net's web site shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Subscription Terms
1. Terms
These are the terms and conditions under which Mcomi Net Ltd. ("Company") offers you access to the Ticket HQ subscription service, a "service" that avails Ticket HQ users to use features and functionality of the Ticket HQ service, including eTicket creation, use of the iOS application, event management and API access. These terms and conditions affect your rights and you should read them carefully. In these terms and conditions, "we," "us," "its" and "our" refer to company, and "you" and "your" refer to you.
2. Acceptance Of Terms
We provide our services to you under the terms and conditions set forth in our most current version of our Terms and Conditions of use for Ticket HQ ("Terms") found at http://www.ticket-hq.com/terms.php, which we may update from time to time without notice to you.
3.Service
This Service, the Ticket HQ Subscription Service, may be used by a Ticket HQ user ("Subscriber") to receive features and functionality of the Ticket HQ service, including eTicket creation, use of the iOS application, event management and API access.
In connection with the Ticket HQ subscription service, Company will offer you the ability to use the credit card processing services of Secure Trading Ltd, a UK based corporation having its principal offices at European Operations Centre, Parc Menai, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 4BL ("Credit Card Processor"). Company relies upon the Credit Card Processor to maintain all necessary licenses and permits required by the laws and regulations of the countries from which the payments are sent and as may otherwise be applicable. Company is not affiliated with the Credit Card Processor, as each is an independent contractor, and neither is the agent or employee of the other, and neither is responsible in any way for the actions or performance (or lack thereof) of the other.
In connection with the Ticket HQ subscription service, Company will offer you the ability to use PayPal, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal offices at 1840 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto, California 94303 ("PayPal"). Company relies upon PayPal to maintain all necessary licenses and permits required by the laws and regulations of the countries from which the payments are sent and as may otherwise be applicable. Hence it will be necessary for the Subscriber to open a PayPal account, and be subject to the applicable PayPal Terms of Use. See http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/terms-outside. Company is not affiliated with PayPal, as each is an independent contractor, and neither is the agent or employee of the other, and neither is responsible in any way for the actions or performance (or lack thereof) of the other.
4. Further Service Understandings
Subscriber may utilise any medium of payment acceptable to Credit Card Processor or PayPal, as applicable, such as Visa and Master Card debit cards, American Express or other credit cards, or electronic checks (together, "Subscription Medium"). Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
5. Information
Company will require Subscriber to provide certain information to allow it and/or Credit Card Processor or PayPal, as applicable, to, among other things, verify the Subscriber's identity, obtain the appropriate Subscription Medium authorization, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations ("Government Regulations").
Company does not disclose non-public personal information about Ticket HQ users to anyone for the purpose of marketing or soliciting third party products or services. Company may disclose some or all of the non-public personal information described above to independent contractors and service providers for the purposes of processing requested transactions. Its agreements with these service providers contain confidentiality provisions and restrictions on using this information for any other purposes.
Access to non-public personal information about Subscribers, including transaction history, is restricted to Company employees, independent contractors, or service providers who need to have access to that information to process the funds transfer transactions. Company may also disclose certain information as required or permitted under applicable law, for example, to government agencies. It maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with United States government and other country's standards to guard its users' non-public personal information.

6. Fees
In consideration for the use of the service, you, the Subscriber, agree to pay to Company fees for you at the applicable rate then in effect as indicated on accompanying parts of our web site. These fees are shown to you prior to your acceptance of the authorization and charge to be made to your Subscription Medium. The fees charged by Company may include amounts payable to PayPal and handling and service charges and fees for using the Ticket HQ Subscription Service.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You agree that you must give thirty days (30) notice of your intention to cancel the subscription service. In order to cancel your subscription you must indicate you intention to Mcomi Net Ltd. in writing. You agree that any remaining eTicket credit available on your account will be removed if you cancel your subscription.
8. Resale of Service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the services, use of the services, or access to the services, other than as provided within the scope of the services.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Mcomi Net's web site shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
eTickets & Site Purchases Terms
1. Terms
These are the terms and conditions under which Mcomi Net Ltd. ("Company") offers you ability to purchase eTickets (also referred to as eTicket bundles), a "purchase" that avails Ticket HQ users being able to purchase eTickets for use with the Ticket HQ service. These terms and conditions affect your rights and you should read them carefully. In these terms and conditions, "we," "us," "its" and "our" refer to company, and "you" and "your" refer to you.
2. Acceptance Of Terms
We provide our services to you under the terms and conditions set forth in our most current version of our Terms and Conditions of use for Ticket HQ ("Terms") found at http://www.ticket-hq.com/terms.php, which we may update from time to time without notice to you.
3. Purchase Price
The price of eTicket bundles purchased through the Site will be the price specified in the Site at the time of your purchase. Upon presentation of credit card information the purchaser warrants that he/she is the cardholder and that the billing information provided is accurate. By approving the purchase of the product or service, you authorize Mcomi Net to charge the designated credit card, or PayPal account, for the total amount of the purchase.
4. Further Clarification
For the purposes of clarification these terms refer to eTicket Bundles which contain eTickets or in some case referred to eTicket or eTicket credit, you agree that each eTicket credit allows you the ability to create and send one (1) eTicket to one (1) customer for a specified event on a specified date and time as specified eTicket type. You agree that if a eTicket is sent incorrectly for any reason, that a new eTicket credit will be required in order to send a corrected eTicket to the same customer.
5. Refunds
You agree that the eTickets you purchase are nonrefundable and that you are not entitled to refund on the eTickets purchased under any circumstances and you will indemnify the company from any obligation with regard to the purchase of eTickets.
6. Removal of eTickets
You agree that eTickets may not be deleted from the system and that in order for an eTicket to be cancelled you will simply revoke that eTicket.
7. Availability
You agree that purchased eTickets will remain available on your account for as long as you keep up your subscription (see subscription terms above) to the Ticket HQ service. In the event that your subscription to the Ticket HQ service is cancelled (either voluntarily or by Mcomi Net), you understand that all remaining unused eTickets on your account will be permanently deleted. You agree that should you choose to renew your subscription after the subscription has been cancelled either voluntarily or intentionally that you will need to re-credit your account with eTickets before using the service.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Mcomi Net's web site shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
- Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
- We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
