Who we are

Ticket HQ is operated by North Loop Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore. When we say "we", "us", or "Ticket HQ" in this policy, we mean North Loop Pte. Ltd.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us — when you create an organiser account (name, email, password), when you connect a Stripe account, and when ticket buyers complete a purchase (name, email, and any fields the organiser has configured).
• Information collected automatically — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies necessary for the service to function.

We do not store card numbers or payment details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

How we use your information

• To operate the platform and provide the services you've signed up for
• To process ticket purchases and facilitate payouts to organisers via Stripe
• To send transactional emails — ticket confirmations, receipts, and account notifications
• To respond to support requests
• To detect fraud and maintain platform security

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

Data sharing

We share data only where necessary to operate the service. This includes Stripe (payment processing), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and email delivery services. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.

When you purchase a ticket, the organiser receives your name, email, and any details you provided at checkout. This is necessary for them to manage their event.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@ticket-hq.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify organiser accounts by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
