Refund Policy

Organiser-issued refunds

Refunds for ticket purchases are at the discretion of the event organiser. Each organiser sets their own refund policy for their events. If you've purchased a ticket and would like a refund, you should contact the event organiser directly.

Organisers can issue full or partial refunds from the order detail page in their Ticket HQ dashboard. Refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to the buyer's original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on the buyer's bank.

Platform fees

Ticket HQ platform fees (the 2% Standard fee or the Pro monthly subscription) are non-refundable. If a ticket sale is refunded, the platform fee for that transaction is also refunded to the organiser.

Cancelled events

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we strongly encourage organisers to refund all ticket purchases. Ticket HQ does not automatically issue refunds on behalf of organisers, but we will assist if an organiser is unresponsive. Contact support@ticket-hq.com if you've been unable to reach the organiser about a cancelled event.

Pro subscription

The Pro plan is billed monthly. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription month.
