Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of Ticket HQ, an independently operated platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using Ticket HQ on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Ticket HQ provides software for event organisers to create events, sell tickets, manage attendees, and process payments via Stripe Connect. We are not a party to the contract between the organiser and the ticket buyer — that relationship is between those two parties.

3. Organiser responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your event listings, including dates, times, venues, and ticket descriptions.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those relating to consumer protection, tax, and data privacy.
• You are responsible for managing refunds and resolving disputes with your ticket buyers.
• You must not use Ticket HQ for unlawful purposes or to sell tickets to events that are illegal or fraudulent.

4. Fees and payments

Standard plan organisers pay 2% of each ticket's sale price as a platform fee. Pro plan organisers pay $99/month with no per-ticket fee. Fees are deducted at the point of sale via Stripe before funds are transferred to the organiser's connected account. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice.

5. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to ticket buyers or other users of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Intellectual property

Ticket HQ and its underlying software remain the property of North Loop Pte. Ltd. Your event content (descriptions, images, custom fields) remains yours. By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a limited licence to display it to buyers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Loop Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify organiser accounts by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
